The US court has ordered Apple to pay $ 31 million to Qualcomm for damages caused by its infringement of three patents on iPhone, as part of Apple and Qualcomm’s dispute over the first patent infringement.

The case filed by Qualcomm against Apple was brought before the court in July 2017. The jury finally concluded with an agreement on patent infringement and the payment of the amount, Qualcomm asked for it before the start of the session, before the company resumes its spin on Apple.

As for infringed patents, it includes a technology that helps speed up network connectivity once the device is turned on, image processing and battery maintenance, while the third is the technology to regulate and accelerate the transfer of data between the modem and the processor in smart phones.
