Online evaluations are a blessing and a curse. A single assessment can boost business and improve morale. false reviews can be harmful and unfair to customers. Because many reviews are anonymous, the web is full of a mix of real and fake reviews.

A report from usatoday said, “There are a lot of false reviews, even in key sites like Amazon, so some companies have taken strong action against people who lie and write bad reviews about the products and services they provide, and the results are controversial.

The residents themselves are subject to prosecution by the companies that abused their products, as well as to face charges of “defamation,” because the review of products on the web is reflective for many of us.

If we are happy with a product or service, we want other people to know what we feel and convey this feeling to the officials for service, and vice versa with bad things, so any wrong or false reviews may cause a major crisis for the owners of the product.
