Bolivian President Evo Morales described his American counterpart, Donald Trump, as the enemy of humanity. “Trump is our first enemy and humanity,” he said, calling on him to be “more humane in his treatment of other peoples.”

“Trump must take responsibility for his erroneous decisions of the government, which contribute to the already apparent damage to politics, society and the environment,” Morales said in an interview with Novosti, quoted by the Venezuelan daily La Nacional.

“The American people are not mistaken, but their president and policies believe that the United States has the world and that it is wrong,” said the Bolivian president. “These policies make Trump” the No. 1 enemy. ”

“I want to advise Donald Trump, to learn to respect the peoples of the world, and to build bilateral relations based on understanding and collective endeavor for the benefit of our people,” he said.

Morales questioned why Washington refused to ratify human rights treaties or the environment, including the Paris Convention, as Trump does not recognize such agreements and said the United States should ratify all human rights and environmental protection conventions such as the Paris Convention. “We collided with a government that wants to dominate the world.”

On the Venezuelan issue, Morales reiterates his rejection of any interference in the affairs of that nation. “Venezuelans should solve their problems as Venezuelans” and not accept that they “appoint” a president “as in colonial times,” Bolivian President said.

Morales welcomes Russia’s role in this and other global issues, noting that the nation “guarantees that the United States will not interfere in any country in the world” by always being in line with international law.

He added that while Washington lacks “thinking about humanity” policies, Moscow shares its judgment and above all its technology in this thinking, pointing out that this latter area may make Bolivia closer to Russia, expressing “great interest” Russia to acquire Russian military technology.
