An autopsy report on financial expert Jeffrey Epstein, who is believed to have committed suicide, has found his neck broken in several places, authorities said.

Injury to Epstein’s body is pending trial on charges of conspiracy and sex trafficking showing that it could happen to individuals who were hanged or strangled.

Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in a prison cell at the Metropolitan Recovery Center in Manhattan in New York last Saturday.

The cause of the death of the millionaire is still under investigation but the date of the official autopsy report has yet to be determined.

Jeffrey Epstein pleaded not guilty last July to charges of sex trafficking involving dozens of underage girls between 2002 and 2005.

Jeffrey died in his jail cell two weeks after being hospitalized for suicide.

On July 24, he was rushed to hospital after being found in a state of shock in prison.
