Three police officers on New York, United States (US), reap praise after making a surprising action when approaching a person shoplifter.

Instead of arresting women who were detained because they were caught shoplifting, the three police officers actually paid for the goods they stole, reported Sky News Sunday (07/07/2019).

The touching moment was reported at the Whole Foods Supermarket, located in Union Square, Manhattan, during the celebration of US independence day on July 4.

The third noble action by the police was perpetuated by a customer on Twitter. Film director and television Paul Bozymowski also made a compliment.

“This woman was initially detained by security.” “In her bag there was food that was not paid.”

“When the NYPD police approached her, they paid her instead. Congratulations July 4!” said Bozymowski.

The tweet went viral and received a response from the Head of the New York Police Department NYPD Terence Monahan who explained that the three police were members of the strategic response unit.

“Police like Lieutenant Sojo, Officer Cuevas, and Rivera are noble figures who secretly do good deeds for the citizens New York, “Monahan said. Bravo NYPD
