The campaign team of President Donald Trump accuses the media group of Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg of partiality and wants to draw conclusions. The Republican team said on Monday they will no longer issue accreditation to representatives of “Bloomberg News” for Trump’s campaign appearances and other events.

Whether and how the team handles requests from the media corporation or individual reporters will be decided on a case-by-case basis. The reason given was that the media company publicly stated that they were not impartial.

” Trump’s campaign team now excludes Bloomberg journalists from its events. They are not impartial”

The media company had officially announced a few days ago that he wants to enter the presidential race of his party and Trump wants to challenge the 2020 election. The 77-year-old founder of the named after him financial and media company is considered one of the richest men in the world.

“Bloomberg News” stated after announcing its owner’s ambitions to report on the campaign of Bloomberg and its Democratic competitors, but to refrain from investigative research on them and the family. About the research of other serious media but should be reported. For Trump this waiver did not apply, they said.

CNN broadcast on Monday a statement by editor-in-chief of Bloomberg News, John Micklethwait, in which he vehemently rejected the bias allegations: They have always fairly and impartially reported on Trump and will continue to do so – despite the restrictions announced by the Trump camp.
