US stocks closed higher despite US possible sanctions on Venezuela

US stocks ended higher Wednesday after rallying pressure in in early session despite US possible sanctions on Venezuela. Tech corporates rallied Dow.


The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.70% up by 171 points to 24,575.62 points. Standard & Poor’s 500 rose 0.22% jumped 5.82 points to 2,638.72, and Nasdaq rose 0.18% up by 11.95 points closed at 6,658.76 points.



IBM +8.5%, P&G rose by 4.9%, United Technologies propelled up the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) to the close.
