The Pakistani army announced that 6 Pakistani civilians, including four children, were wounded by gunfire by Indian troops on the dividing line in Kashmir.
The Pakistani army said in a statement on Friday that “the Indian troops began to fire provocative in the sector,” Shirikut, on the Pakistani side of the dividing line, and targeted areas inhabited, wounding six Pakistanis“.
The statement added that “Pakistani forces responded to the attack, and targeted Indian military positions, there are reports of the deaths of 5 Indian soldiers and wounding others in the exchange of fire“.
