Technology giant Google has expressed the interest to start the Pay services in Pakistan.
A team of Google representatives called on the Federal Minister for Information Technology, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, in capital city Islamabad on Wednesday.
The Google team told the minister that company besides launching Pakistan office will also start a training programme for imparting basic digital expertise to the people.
Google representatives also discussed issues relating to social media, e-commerce, digital expertise, and digital payments.
The Federal IT Minister appreciated Google and assured his ministry’s full support for the initiatives.
