Hezbollah have warned Israeli troops to be ready for reaction after the Zionist regime launched a drone attack on the Lebanese capital.

Hezbollah movement leader Hassan Nasrallah also vowed to shoot down any Israeli drone in the Lebanese airspace.

He said this following a midnight attack Sunday, allegedly launched by an Israeli army that killed two members of the Hezbollah organization in Syria.

Nasrallah said the unintentional attack by Israeli drones before dawn Sunday in southern Hezbollah-controlled Beirut was aimed at bombarding specific targets.

One drone fell and the second exploded near the ground and caused some damage to Hezbollah’s media center.

Nasrallah said Hezbollah did not shoot the drone.

Israel is silent about the drone incident.

It said its attacks in Syria last night prevented Iran-led drone attacks on Israel.

Nasrallah said the attack was Israel’s first in Lebanon after a prolonged 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

“It represents a clear, serious, danger to the agreement that was drafted in 2006 after the conflict ended.

“If this violation is tolerated, it will open the way for Lebanon,” he said.

Hassan Nasrallah is the third and current Secretary General of the Lebanese political and paramilitary party since his predecessor, Abbas al-Musawi, was assassinated by the Israel Defense Forces in February 1992.
