At least 30 killed and 45 others wounded in a twin blasts rocked Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, the Taliban claimed responsibility for two explosions in Afghanistan on Tuesday, saying they had killed dozens.

A spokesman for the Taliban movement said the two suicide attacks targeted Afghan security forces.

The blasts in the capital Kabul and the central Parwan province killed at least 30 people and wounded 45, police and medical officials said.
