Pakistan: 10 killed after a small plane crashed on the residential area

At least 10 people were killed and 12 others were wounded when a small plane crashed into a residential area in the north west part of Pakistan early Tuesday.

It was blurred whether the victims were in the plane or in the house where a small plane crashed. At least three to four houses were engulfed by fire after the plane crash. There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.

According to the sources, plane was crashed near Rabi Plaza in the jurisdiction of Rawat Police Station in Rawalpindi, northern part of Pakistan close to the capital city Islamabad.

Fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot after the crash and launched rescue operation. The injured were shifted to Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi.
