Pakistan called for no military threats in outer space on Wednesday, hours after India said it had dropped one of its satellites in a review of its growing power in space.

“Space is a unified legacy of humanity and all nations are responsible for avoiding actions that could militarize this arena,” the Pakistani Foreign Ministry spokesperson said in a statement.

“We hope that countries that have strongly condemned in the past to show others similar capabilities are ready to work for the development of international instruments to prevent military threats in outer space”

“To boast about these capabilities is like a war without Don Quixote against windmills” He said.
