Singaporeans spend more time in video games

A survey showed that Singaporeans spend more time in video games than their East Asian neighbors as well as the United States and Germany.

Survey conducted by a US-based e-services firm revealed, video game lovers in Singapore spend an average of 7.44 hours per week in video games compared to South Koreans (6.96 hours) and Japanese (6.88 hours).

The Germany release the list, spending an average of 8 hours a week on video games, followed by video game enthusiasts in the United States (7.61 hours).

The survey, according to Singapore’s Straits Times, was based on answers from 4,500 people aged 18 and over who played video games at least once a week in nine countries between January and February.
