British opposition Labor Party leader Jeremy Corbyn on Saturday called for an investigation and said there were questions about the system of monitoring offenders after their release and the parole committee after a man convicted of two terror crimes was killed on the London Bridge.

Usman Khan, wearing a fake explosive vest and waving a knife, carried out the indiscriminate attack on Friday at a rehabilitation conference held near the London Bridge. The attacker was shot dead by police at the London Bridge.
