Canadian opposition Conservative Party leader Andrew Scheer has called on Prime Minister and Liberal Party leader Justin Trudeau to resume work in parliament on Nov 25.

Scheer’s spokesman, Simon Jefferies, said Canada was more divided than ever and that Trudeau should convene the House of Commons as soon as possible to resolve pressing problems.

The request by Andrew Scheer for the resumption of parliamentary work on that date will be on the agenda of his meeting with Trudeau on Tuesday.
