French police on Saturday arrested 90 protesters and fired tear gas during protests called for by the “yellow Vest”, Russia Today reported.

The French authorities announced the deployment of 7,500 police on Saturday in Paris in preparation for a new demonstration of the protesters of the movement of “yellow vest”, which began ten months ago to protest the tax and fiscal policies of the government before turning into a protest against President Emmanuel Macron.

The demonstration coincides with a march demanding action for climate National Day of European Heritage.

President Emmanuel Macron called on those wishing to demonstrate to do so quietly, especially as the planned event coincides with the European Heritage Days and another demonstration for climate.

During a visit to the house of the painter Rosa Bognor in the Paris region on the occasion of the Heritage Days, he stressed: People express their opinions and this must be done peacefully”.

The French president had considered that the crisis of yellow vest was very useful in some way; because it forced him to change his attitude towards the French.
