Nora Anne Update, the Malaysian Police have denied international media reports that the family of Nora Anne Quoirin, 15, was brought to see a traditional medical practitioner in an attempt to locate the French-Irish teenager during a search and rescue (SAR) operation.

Sembilan state police chief Mohamad Mat Yusop said the police had alleged that the SAR team had run out of ideas to locate the teenager.

“Not true. I have never instructed any officer to do so, ”he said briefly when contacted by the local media.
