FBR reorders top rank officials of Pakistan customs

KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has reordered the top ranked officials of Pakistan Customs Service.

Sarfaraz Ahmed Warraich (BS-21) is transferred from the office of Director General, Directorate General of Internal Audit (Customs), Islamabad (stationed at Lahore) and posted as Director General, Directorate General of Transit Trade, Karachi.

Chief Collector Appraisement South Abdul Rasheed Sheikh (BS-21) is transferred and posted Director General, Directorate General of Post Clearance Audit, Islamabad. He will also look after the charge of Director General, Directorate General of Internal Audit (Customs), Islamabad in addition to his own duties.

Wasif Ali Memon (BS-21) is moved from the office of Chief Collector of Customs – North, Islamabad to the office of Chief Collector of Customs (Enforcement), Karachi. He will assume the office on January 08, 2019 as Manzoor Memon is retiring on January 07, 2019.

Surayya Ahmed Butt (BS-21) is moved from the office of Director General, Directorate General of Customs Valuation, Karachi and posted as Chief Collector appraisement South.

Dr. Arslan Subuctageen (BS-20) is transferred from Director, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation, FBR, Peshawar to Director General (OPS), Directorate General of IPR (Enforcement), Islamabad. He will also look after the charge of Director General (OPS), Directorate General of CPEC, Islamabad in addition to his own duties.

Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah (BS-20) is moved from Director, Directorate of Post Clearance Audit, Lahore to Chief Collector of Customs (OPS) (North), Islamabad. He will also look after the charge of Director General (OPS), Directorate General of Reforms & Automation (Customs), Islamabad in addition to his own duties.

Dr. Zulfikar Ali Chaudhary (BS-20) is transferred from Collector, Model Customs Collectorate, Islamabad to the office of Chief Collector of Customs (OPS (Enforcement), Quetta. (The officer will draw his salary against the vacant post of Director General, Directorate General of Internal Audit (Customs), Islamabad).

Abdul Basit Chaudhry (BS-20) is moved from Chief, Federal Board of Revenue (Hq), Islamabad to Director General (OPS), Directorate General of Input Output Co-Efficient Organization, Karachi.
