Social media platform WhatsApp has launched its business, corporate version, now officially available on the Android store with limited countries access.
An official version of the app appeared on Apple’s App Store in Mexico, France and Brazil, it is available in limited number of countries, possibly for testing before it is released worldwide at later time.
The application allows business owners to communicate with their customers. It also provides tools such as business hours, official website, list of products and other features those may not be available in the WhatsApp chat application, while Facebook will rely on WhatsApp.
The company plans to charge fees when responding to customer inquiries 24 hours after receipt, allowing free response within 24 hours.
