A judge of the World Trade Court (WTO) on one of the patent infringement cases filed by Qualcomm against Apple last week presented his recommendations, which included a temporary ban on the iPhone model involved in a patent infringement problem that relates to faster data transfer and download in iPhone 7 and 7, Intel.

The final decision will be made by the World Trade Organization, after reviewing the evidence and data presented, and then making the final decision on the case. At the same time, the Commission rejected Qualcomm’s request for a ban on certain models the iPhone imported to the country, in another separate case because no patents have been infringed.

The World Trade Organization has also rejected another complaint filed by Qualcomm, in which Apple is accused of violating a patent related to energy saving technologies in the iPhone, but the rejection was not final, as the decision of the Commission is subject to review until all investigations are completed by July.
