former Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi’s son has announced that he will marry Christel Takigawa, a French-Japanese blood television personality, known as the face of Tokyo’s bid to become the host of the 2020 Olympics.
Young lawmaker Shinjiro Koizumi, a member of the House of Representatives, said the two have started dating since 2018.
Takigawa, who is now 42 and pregnant this October, said they have been friends for several years.
