Apple has warned users of its new phones, iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, the risk of repair or replacement of the damaged screen if they do not use a certified “Apple” technician, this may have effects in the new support document it issued, the company gave serious warnings under the heading: “About the original iPhone screens”, according to the Sputnik.

Although this warning will affect millions of iPhone users, Apple explained in its document that the screen of its iPhone is designed to be compatible with the iOS operating system and its continuous updates, to provide the best performance and quality, and warned that installing a non-genuine monitor may result in compatibility or performance issues, including color, brightness, and battery drain.

Based on this warning, if Apple detects that one of its customers is using an unofficial third-party repair, a new warning message will appear on the screen saying: Important display message, “Unable to verify that Apple’s screen is genuine“. A warning message will be installed on the phone lock screen after the first 4 days of unofficial repair.
