Chinese probe discovers Jelly like substance far side of the moon

The Chinese probe Chang’e-4 discovered a strange jelly like substance during its exploration activities on the other side of the moon, where the mission robot Yutu-2 Because of that surprise during his eighth lunar day.

According to the space, the latest discovery prompted the scientists on the mission to postpone the other driving plans of the vehicle, and instead focused their tools on trying to find out the details of strange substance.

A team member inspecting images from the main camera in the robotic explorer discovered a small nozzle that appeared to contain material of a different color from the surface of the surrounding moon. Yutu-2 then approached carefully to the target material with unusual colors and surroundings, where the explorer examined both areas with the Visible Infrared Spectrometer (VNIS), which detect scattered or reflected light of the material from its composition.

The Chinese probe mission scientists have given no indication of the nature of the jelly like strange substance so far, said only that it is jelly like substance and has unusual colors, while researchers suggested that the strange substance is a glass dissolved from meteorites up to the moon.
