The popular game “Pokemon Go”, launched in 2016, has been protected, but Nintatic, the developer of the game, recently discovered that some players stole the game and developed sophisticated tools such as automatic hides are rare monsters, in addition to deceived their GPS location.

In response, Niantic decided to sue Global ++, a hacker association that designs and distributes derivative versions of its applications such as “Pokemon Go” and “Ingress” and adds a ++ code to them in violation of the intellectual property rights of Niantic.

Niantic said in the lawsuit that another company is stealing its applications and games, which is keeping users away from Niantic games, that hurts the company’s reputation.

Niantic seeks to issue an injunction against Global ++ and its members to stop the distribution of its stolen applications and to compensate the original company for the physical damage suffered as a result of the exploitation of its applications.
