In an effort to make things simpler for users, Google decided to separate Google Drive and Google Images after hearing some users’ complaints, which means that the content uploaded to Google Drive from Google,  It will not appear via Google Photo service, although they share the same storage space.

According to Google’s official blog, users will be able to upload photos and videos in either of the services separately, and will not appear elsewhere, and the deletion of the content will not be synchronized between the two services.

It is expected that Google will provide the option to copy the content of the “Drive” to “Google Images” via a new option called upload from Drive will be available on the site Google Images, so that users can upload their images and videos to the service of Drive.

Google is preparing to implement this separation between the two services starting next month, and nothing will be automatically deleted as it starts.
