Google wants to add more AI to your text messages. The search giant said it was moving Google’s assistant to the messaging application on Android phones.

In the messaging application, the focus will often be on adding more options to your conversations in three areas – movies, restaurants and the weather.

For example, if you’re chatting with a friend and remembering the Capital Grille restaurant in Miami, Florida, you might want to send a card with more information about the restaurant to your friend.

The suggestion will appear next to the automated smart responses that appear at the top of the keyboard in your chat app.

Google announced this at the Mobile World Congress 2019 (MWC) show in Barcelona, and the new feature came after the company said in December it will shut the Allo chat application.
