In its latest forecast on the future of jobs, the World Economic Forum (WEF) has revealed that robotics, artificial intelligence and other forms of automated work, “automation,” will radically change workplace in the next four years.

According to a survey, by 2022 we expect to:

75 million jobs expected to be abandoned

133 million jobs to be created

54 percent share of manpower that requires the return or upgrading of skills

50 percent companies expecting a permanent workforce reduction

48 percent companies expecting workforce growth

28 percent companies expecting manpower automation
