Britain’s Queen Elizabeth agreed that her grandson, Prince Harry and his wife, Megan, would give up their royal duties to lead a more independent life, after crisis talks involving the most prominent members of the royal family.

“My family and I fully support Prince Harry and Meghan’s desire to start a new life as a young family”, the Queen Elizabeth, 93, said in a statement.

“Although we would have preferred that they remain active members of the royal family all the time, we respect and understand their desire to lead a more independent life as a family while remaining a part of it and residing in my family”. Queen Elizabeth said.

The Queen explained that there will be a transitional period during which the couple spends time between Britain and Canada, noting that there is a need to do more work on finalizing future arrangements for the couple.

Sources disclosed that the Royal couple plans to work on various projects to for their financial independence on books, talk shows and charity programs.

According to BusinessInsider, Meghan’s net worth is estimated to be about $5 million from her acting career, and Harry’s net worth is reportedly at least $25 million,which is made up of an inheritance from Princess Diana and an annual allowance from Prince Charles.

Since age 21, Prince Harry and Prince William have also been receiving a $450,000 a year investment profit from Princess Diana’s estate, which they pay taxes on to the UK government.

For his service as a helicopter pilot for the Army Air Corps, he earned an annual income of between $50,000 and $53,000, per Forbes.

Joey Saladino an hour ago posted a video mentioning Prince Harry asking CEO Disney to give his wife Meghan a job. They tried to censor this video by removing it with copyright violations!

The source hints the past flying carrier of Prince Harry might be a plus point for the financial independence.
