Snap Chat application is back in operation, after thousands of users in Europe and some parts of the United States reported that the application of the picture messages had stopped working.

According to user complaints, instead of showing the usual filters and lenses or the ability to send messages, the application failed to download. “Users were told to see a message telling them that the service was not working and they should update the application, “The update is not working, and thousands of users have reported the problems.”

Snap Chat responded to some complaints on Twitter, saying it was “looking into the problem.”

The company added 4 million new users in the first quarter of 2019, posting revenue of $ 320 million – up 39 percent from a year earlier – the number of active users per day reached 190 million users – up 2 percent from 186 million in the previous quarter, but fell from 191 million in the first quarter of 2018.
