The instant messaging service with 1.5 billion users, WhatsApp now introduced a new set of features for its “WhatsApp Business” service, marking the launch anniversary of the application, which is expected to reach both the desktop and the Web.
WhatsApp Business users will now be able to use the Quick Response feature, the filtering feature and ratings for the chat list, as well as some important numbers of application usage, including an increase of about 3 million from April Last year, bringing the number of users of the application to 5 million users.
For Quick Responses, they are predefined messages that can be used to answer common questions. Companies can only press the “/” button on the keyboard to select a quick response and send it to the consumer.
The “Labels” feature allows business users to organize chats and contacts so that they can be easily found later, and finally the Filter feature lets you sort chats based on unread messages, groups, or lists, noting that WhatsApp is available to users on Desktop for both Windows and Mac.
